APPOINTMENTS AND FEES Appointments are of a 50-minutes duration and can be provided in person and via Telehealth. The fees are variable, depending on individual circumstances of clients (please, enquire with me personally). Payment is required on the day of appointment. The Medicare rebate is currently $141.85, applicable to the holders of a Mental Health Care Plan. It is clients’ responsibility to obtain the MHCP initially, and a GP Review letter after six psychology sessions, if they wish to receive the Medicare rebate. Letters of support and reports are charged at $270.00 per hour, including GST; those are not a subject to Medicare rebates. A non-cancellation fee of $160.00 will be charged if I do not receive a notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to the appointment time. In case of unpaid accounts, debt collection fees and legal costs are the responsibility of the client, as per relevant legal regulations.

CONFIDENTIALITY Personal information gathered as part of this service will remain confidential except when: 1.it is subpoenaed by a court; or 2.failure to disclose the information would place client or another person at serious risk to life, health or safety; or 3.client's prior approval has been obtained to a)provide a written report to another professional or agency. e.g., a GP or a lawyer; or b)discuss the material with another person, eg. a parent, employer or health provider; or c)disclose the information in another way; or 4.client would reasonably expect their personal information to be disclosed to another professional or agency (e.g. their GP) and disclosure of their personal information to that third party is for a purpose which is directly related to the primary purpose for which their personal information was collected; or 5.disclosure is otherwise required or authorised by law.
